Tom Hunter, Death of Coltelli, 2009
Takashi Arai, Céline Bodin, Susan Derges and Tom Hunter are included in DalkeithPhoto, set within Dalkeith Palace just a few miles outside Edinburgh, from 8 September to 6 October, as part of the travelling exhibition Squaring the Circles of Confusion.
The exhibition celebrates the beauty and emotional response to photography and reflects many 21st century concerns, including cultural identity, depression, religion, representation of the female body, man altered landscape, colonialism, and the plundering of the oceans.
